This notice covers visits to knoblabs.com, including product pages and legal documents. The website is operated by Evgeny Knoblokh, an individual based in Thailand, under the Knoblabs brand. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Website visits and app use
Reading a product page does not activate that app’s analytics, advertising or purchase services. The apps have separate policies:
Information processed on this website
- Page delivery and security. Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It receives request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, timestamps and security signals. This is used to deliver pages, detect abuse and diagnose network or security faults.
- Your language choice. If you select EN or RU, the website remembers that choice in your browser for up to 180 days. It contains a language code and expiry time, not a visitor identifier. It is not sent to us by the website. See Cookies & browser storage to remove it.
- Browser game settings. The game Осторожно, сосули. keeps completed shifts and your sound choice in this browser’s local storage. It does not require an account or send those values to us. See Cookies & browser storage for the exact names and removal options.
- Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and handle relevant follow-up requests. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
The website does not require an account, host payment forms, run advertising or include audience analytics, marketing pixels or third-party embeds. Fonts, images and videos used by these pages are served from this website.
Purposes and legal grounds
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to deliver and secure the website and answer general enquiries. These interests are maintaining a working website, preventing abuse and responding to people who contact us. Where a support request is necessary to fulfil an existing contract or take steps you request before a contract, processing is based on that purpose. Information may also be retained where a legal obligation requires it.
The saved language preference provides the language you explicitly choose. It is optional: you can read the website without saving a choice. Visiting the website or accepting website terms is not consent to optional tracking.
Recipients and international processing
Cloudflare processes website delivery and security information. Our email provider processes support correspondence. External services such as Google Play and Apple receive information when you follow their links, under their own policies. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Infrastructure and email providers may process information outside your country. Cloudflare describes its processing and transfer safeguards in its Privacy Policy. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.
How long information is kept
The language preference expires 180 days after you select a language. It is ignored and removed on your next visit to a page that uses it after expiry. Selecting a language again starts a new period; ordinary page views do not extend it. You can remove it earlier on the cookies page or through browser settings.
Browser game progress and sound settings remain on this device until you clear site data in your browser settings. They do not expire automatically or sync between devices.
Cloudflare retains request and security records according to the services in use and its operational and security policies. Support correspondence is kept while an enquiry is open and for relevant follow-up or applicable legal obligations. The need to resolve the enquiry, maintain relevant support history and comply with those obligations determines retention. These are separate from app-specific retention periods.
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact [email protected]; we may ask for enough information to identify the relevant records and verify your request.
Sending an email is optional, but we need contact information to reply. No automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects are made through this website.
