Delete your Krugona Arena account
From the game
- Open Krugona Arena.
- Open Settings from the main screen.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
This option is available for accounts signed in with Google Play Games. Deletion is permanent: game progress and match history cannot be restored through that account.
Without the app, or for a guest account
Email [email protected] with the subject “Krugona Arena data deletion”. Include your in-game nickname or player identifier if available and whether you used Google Play Games. If you cannot find an identifier, explain that in your message so we can help determine which records can be located.
We may need additional information to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or access tokens. An email address alone may not identify a guest account.
Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local data from the device. It does not itself delete guest records on the server, backups or information already sent to Google services. Guest identifiers can be personal data even without a real name.
Data covered by account deletion
- Game profile, nickname, XP, level and boosters
- Match history and daily challenge records
- The Google Play Games link, where present
- The notification token associated with the account
Processing time and provider records
Our game privacy policy provides for deletion or anonymisation of account data within 30 days. Email requests may require account verification. We will explain any applicable retention exception or inability to identify the requested records.
Deleting a game account does not automatically delete all data already held by Firebase, advertising providers or your device backups. Provider retention and deletion processes apply separately. Contact support for help with relevant privacy requests; see Firebase’s privacy information.
