By using the game “Krugona Arena” (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.
The game is provided by Evgeny Knoblokh, an individual based in Thailand, under the Knoblabs brand. See the game privacy policy and account deletion instructions.
1. Description of Service
Krugona Arena is an arcade game providing matches against AI-controlled opponents, including boss matches, daily missions, and daily challenges.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Account
An account is created automatically and anonymously when you first use the Service. No sign-in is required.
On Android, you may optionally sign in with Google Play Games Services to link your account and keep your progress across devices and reinstalls.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining access to your account
- All actions performed under your account
4. Gameplay
All matches are played against AI-controlled opponents.
Opponent names and behavior may resemble real players, but no real-time multiplayer functionality exists.
5. Advertising
The Android version of the Service contains optional rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
- Ads are never mandatory
- Viewing an ad rewards the user with in-game bonuses (XP boosts, boosters, or other benefits)
- Ad content is served by Google and is subject to Google's policies
- We are not responsible for the content of advertisements
6. Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
- Reverse engineer or modify the Service
- Manipulate gameplay unfairly
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- If these Terms are violated
- If suspicious or abusive behavior is detected
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss of data
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Use of the Service is at your own risk
10. Health and Usage Warning
The Service may be engaging and time-consuming.
Users are responsible for managing their own usage and well-being.
We are not responsible for:
- excessive usage
- behavioral or psychological effects
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
Mandatory consumer rights and the courts or remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
