1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Defogit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

2. About Defogit

Defogit is an iOS app for focus and relaxation built around a simple fogged-window drawing experience. The app and website are provided by Evgeny Knoblokh under the Knoblabs brand.

3. License

For copies of Defogit obtained through the App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a separate custom license is provided with the app. These Terms supplement the applicable license for Defogit's services and website; they do not replace it or limit rights granted under it.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the app or website except as allowed by the applicable license, third-party licenses, or law.

4. Optional purchases and subscriptions

Defogit may offer optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.

• Price and payment. The price, subscription period, and any trial or introductory terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Apple processes payment using the payment method associated with your Apple Account.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Apple may charge for renewal during the 24 hours before the next subscription period begins. If a trial is offered, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal charges.
• Cancellation. Manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. On iPhone, open Settings, select your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting Defogit does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; access during the remaining period follows Apple's terms and applicable law.
• Refunds. Submit refund requests for Apple-billed purchases to Apple. Eligibility is determined under Apple's policies and applicable consumer law. Cancellation does not itself guarantee a refund.
• Restoration. Eligible purchases and subscription access can be restored using the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Contact us if paid access cannot be restored.

Apple provides instructions for cancelling subscriptions, requesting a refund, and restoring eligible purchases.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Defogit or the website in a way that:

• violates any law or regulation;
• interferes with the operation or security of the app, website, or connected services;
• attempts unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts; or
• uses the app or website in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

6. Intellectual property

Defogit, its design, content, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to Evgeny Knoblokh, operating under the Knoblabs brand, except where specific third-party rights apply.

7. Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Defogit or the website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer

Defogit is a wellness and focus tool. It is not a medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial service and should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice or treatment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evgeny Knoblokh, operating under the Knoblabs brand, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising from your use of Defogit or the website.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use Defogit. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for abuse, unlawful activity, or protection of the service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Defogit after updated Terms are made available means you accept the revised Terms.
