These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sam Same: Number Puzzles for iPhone and its optional services.
The game
Sam Same: Number Puzzles is provided by Evgeny Knoblokh, operating under the Knob Labs brand. Support: [email protected]. Apple’s applicable App Store terms and licence terms also govern acquisition and use of the app. These terms supplement those terms and do not replace mandatory consumer rights.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive permission to use the game for its intended purpose, subject to applicable law and the app's licence. The game, artwork, audio, branding and software remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute commercial copies or impersonate the publisher. Restrictions do not override rights that law requires us to allow.
Progress and availability
You can play without creating a game account. Progress is stored locally and automatically synchronised through private Apple CloudKit storage when iCloud is available. Device changes, account changes, storage limits, connectivity, deletion or conflicting records can affect recovery. We take reasonable care with saving and purchase delivery but do not promise uninterrupted access or recovery of every device-local event. Offline gameplay is available; advertising, cloud synchronisation and purchases require their respective services.
Lives, Undo actions and extra moves are game items, not money, transferable property, prizes or a cash balance. Their function and limits are shown in the game. A life is charged when an active attempt is ended as a confirmed loss, rather than when it is opened. Lives regenerate up to the game limit. We may update levels and gameplay without removing obligations relating to purchases already made.
Optional purchases
The life refill is a consumable in-app purchase that refills the life counter to 5. It is available when the counter is empty. It is not a subscription and does not add five lives above the cap. Apple presents the applicable local price and payment confirmation. No purchase occurs merely by opening the game or viewing the offer.
Once Apple confirms the purchase and StoreKit verifies the transaction, the game refills your lives to 5. Pending approval is not a completed purchase. The game attempts to recover verified transactions that remain unfinished and avoids granting the same transaction twice. A consumed refill cannot be restored as a permanent product entitlement. Available saved progress may still restore the remaining inventory through iCloud.
Apple handles billing and applicable refund requests; visit Apple's refund guidance. Contact us if a verified purchase was not delivered. Nothing here excludes cancellation, refund or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Optional rewarded advertising
Rewarded videos are optional. The advertised reward is delivered when the ad service reports the completion condition. Closing or failing to load a video does not guarantee a reward. We do not guarantee that an ad will always be available. If a service fails to deliver a reported reward, contact support so we can investigate; this clause does not remove applicable consumer rights.
Fair use and third-party services
Do not use the game to exploit payment systems, distribute malicious software, misrepresent transactions or interfere with other services. Apple and Google provide cloud, purchases, advertising and diagnostic services under their respective terms. Our Privacy Policy describes the game's information practices. The policy is available without signing in. Any specific consent or permission required by law or a platform remains separate from these terms.
Changes, responsibility and contact
We may release updates and change or discontinue features. We will communicate material changes and provide remedies where required by law. The game is supplied with the standard of care and rights required under applicable law; no provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Disputes remain subject to the rights and forums available under applicable law.
