This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the game “Krugona Arena” (“Service”).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Data

• Anonymous account identifier (generated automatically; not linked to your real identity)
• If you sign in with Google Play Games Services (Android, optional):
  • Play Games player ID
  • Play Games display name (used as your in-game nickname)

We do not collect your email address.

1.2 Gameplay Data

• Progress, scores, levels
• Match history and statistics
• Daily missions, daily challenges, and booster state
• In-game actions and events

1.3 Technical Data

• Device type
• Operating system
• IP address (approximate location)
• Browser type (for web version)
• Device language and timezone
• Push notification token (Android, only if notifications are enabled)
• Crash reports (device info and error details)
• Advertising ID (Android, for advertising — see section 10)

2. How We Use Data

We use data to:

• Provide access to the Service
• Save user progress
• Operate backend services (PocketBase)
• Send push notifications (Android, optional — see section 11)
• Diagnose crashes and errors
• Improve gameplay and balance
• Prevent abuse and cheating

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process personal data based on:

• Contract — to provide the Service
• Legitimate interest — analytics, fraud prevention, product improvement

4. Data Storage

Data is stored:

• On our servers (PocketBase backend)
• In local storage on the user’s device

5. Data Retention

We store data:

• Until the user deletes their account, or
• As long as necessary to operate the Service

After deletion, data is permanently removed or anonymized within 30 days.

6. Account Deletion

Users signed in with Google Play Games Services can delete their account via in-game functionality (settings).

After deletion:

• The account, match history, and progress are permanently removed
• Restoration is not possible

For anonymous accounts, local data can be removed by clearing the app data (Android) or browser storage (web).

7. Sharing of Data

We may share data with:

• Google LLC (sign-in via Google Play Games Services, Android only)
• Google LLC (advertising via AdMob — shows rewarded video ads, may collect device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address)
• Google LLC (analytics via Firebase Analytics — collects app usage events, device info, session data)
• Google LLC (crash reporting via Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash and error reports, device info)
• Google LLC (push notification delivery via Firebase Cloud Messaging)

We do not sell personal data.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Cookies and Local Storage

We use local storage on your device to save game progress, settings, and cached data.

For the web version, we may also use:

• Cookies
• Device identifiers

10. Advertising

The Android version of the Service displays optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. Viewing ads is voluntary and rewarded with in-game bonuses.

AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / GAID)
• Device information
• IP address
• App usage data

For EU users, consent is requested before any advertising data is collected (via Google UMP Consent SDK).

To opt out of personalized ads, adjust your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

11. Push Notifications (Android)

If you enable notifications, we store a push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), your device language, and timezone to deliver and localize notifications.

Notifications are optional and can be disabled at any time in your device settings.

12. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure.

13. User Rights

Depending on jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR), users may:

• Request access to their data
• Request deletion of their data
• Object to certain processing

14. International Users

The Service is available globally. By using it, you agree that your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country.
