Terms of Use

Effective date: 8 September 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of TrueGap (the “Service”), operated by Evgeny Knoblokh, an independent developer based in Thailand (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TrueGap is a reflection tool that lets you record an expectation before an outcome is known, seal it, and later compare it with the actual result. The Service is provided as a beta product and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email one-time codes or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address or Google account you use. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to bypass authentication.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the text and data you enter into TrueGap. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service for you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another user’s data, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer or exploit it, submit unlawful content, or use automated means to create accounts or overwhelm the Service.

5. No professional advice

TrueGap does not provide financial, investment, medical, legal, psychological, or other professional advice. Predictions, comparisons and insights are for personal reflection only. You remain responsible for your decisions and their consequences.

6. Beta service and availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or loss-free operation. Please do not use TrueGap as the sole record for a material business, financial, medical, legal, or safety-critical decision.

7. Future paid features

TrueGap currently does not sell subscriptions or digital goods. If paid features are introduced, their price, billing terms, renewal terms and any applicable store terms will be presented before purchase. These Terms will be updated before paid features become available.

8. Account deletion and termination

You can permanently delete your account in Settings. This deletes the account and Service data associated with it and cannot be reversed. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or comply with law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or decisions made using the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as TrueGap develops. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
