Account deletion

Delete your TrueGap account

Effective date: 8 September 2026

You can permanently delete your TrueGap account and associated prediction data directly in the mobile app.

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.

Deletion signs you out and removes the account, predictions, reflections, associated reminders and Service data. It cannot be undone.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your TrueGap account. We may need to verify ownership before acting on the request.
